Refund policy

The House of Kaya operates under a strict non-exchange and non-refund policy. All purchases made through our website are deemed final sale, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be entertained once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Customers are strongly advised to review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing details, and order information carefully prior to completing their purchase.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Notwithstanding the above, in the event of verified technical issues or order discrepancies, such matters may be reviewed and addressed at the sole discretion of The House of Kaya. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Receipt of an incorrect item
  • Damaged or defective product upon delivery
  • Missing item(s) from the order
  • Successful payment processed without order confirmation

In all such cases, The House of Kaya reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate remedy, including exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to verification of the claim and product availability.

Reporting an Issue

Any claim relating to the above exceptions must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by contacting thehouseofkaya@gmail.com.

To facilitate review, customers must provide:

* Order number
* Clear photographic evidence (where applicable)
* A concise explanation of the issue

Resolution Process

Upon receipt of the required information, the matter will be assessed by our team. If the claim is found valid, an appropriate resolution shall be offered at the sole discretion of The House of Kaya.

Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframe, or without adequate supporting evidence, may be declined without further obligation.
