Welcome to The House of Kaya. We invite you to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions prior to using our website. The House of Kaya reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
Exchange Policy
In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the return process to our designated address in Pakistan. Please note that all associated shipping costs, including international customs and courier charges, shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a thorough quality assessment will be conducted. Based on our evaluation, a refund or replacement may be issued at our sole discretion. As a general policy, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in cases where a defect has been verified or in exceptional circumstances as determined by The House of Kaya.
Price & Content Information
While every effort is made to ensure that pricing and product information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date, inadvertent errors may occasionally occur. The House of Kaya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at incorrect prices or containing inaccurate information. In such instances, we will contact the customer promptly for further instructions and may, where necessary, cancel the order at our discretion.
Order Acceptance
The House of Kaya reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, limitations on quantities, payment processing issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be duly informed in the event of order cancellation. Additional verification may be requested prior to order acceptance and processing.
Delivery Charges
International delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Please note that duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the product price. Any such charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities shall be borne exclusively by the customer and are payable directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.
Delivery Timelines
The House of Kaya is responsible for the timely dispatch of all confirmed orders. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or logistical partners. In the event of delays arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to political disruptions, weather conditions, or logistical interruptions, customers will be notified accordingly. Delivery timelines may therefore be subject to variation beyond our control.
Customs / Duties / Taxes
For international orders, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by region, and all shipments may be subject to inspection by relevant customs authorities.
Care Instructions
All garments from The House of Kaya are designed to be handled with care and must be gently washed using cold water only. Strict adherence to these care instructions is strongly advised to preserve the integrity, longevity, and finish of each piece.
Please note that any damage resulting from improper washing, harsh treatment, or failure to follow care guidelines will not be covered under our exchange or return policy. The House of Kaya shall not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage arising from incorrect garment care.
